Senior Manager (HR) – E-6
Candidates should have a full-time MBA with HRM as the main/major subject, HRD/HRM with minimum 60% marks, or a postgraduate degree in Personnel Management/IR/Labour Welfare with minimum 60% marks. A minimum 2-year full-time PG Diploma in PM&IR/Labour Welfare with 60% marks, or a Master’s in Social Work/MHROD from a recognised university/institute is also specified. LL.B. is desirable.
The required experience is 13 years of post-qualification executive experience, including at least 2 years in the immediate lower grade/scale, with experience in Human Resources and Industrial Relations preferably in PSU, Central/State Government or a large private-sector organisation. Deputy General Manager (HR) – E-7
