How are leap years and month-end dates handled?
The calculator uses calendar months. If a month does not contain the birth day, it uses that month’s last day. For example, 31 January to 28 February is one month in a non-leap year. A 29 February birthday uses 28 February in a non-leap year. A recruiting authority may specify a different rule; its notification takes priority.
Can I use a future cutoff date?
Yes. You can calculate your age on a future exam cutoff date. The cutoff date must be on or after your date of birth.
